The invention provides an anti-theft electric power-assisted bicycle capable of hindering manual riding. An anti-theft electric power-assisted bicycle comprises a bicycle cabin, a saddle, a bicycle beam, a crank, a bicycle rod, wheels and the like. A saddle is mounted at the top of the cabin, a beam is fixedly connected to one side of the cabin, a crank is mounted on the cabin, a rod is mounted on one side of the beam, wheels are mounted at the bottom of the rod, and wheels are mounted on the side, away from the beam, of the cabin. A gear drives a first connecting rod to move downwards, the first connecting rod drives a lower slope pressure frame to extrude a clamp leftwards, the clamp clamps a wheel, then an upper slope pressure frame drives a pressure rod to move downwards, the pressure rod drives a slope clamping block to be connected to a groove of a rotating chuck in a clamped mode, and therefore a crank cannot move; through linkage cooperation of the two locking mechanisms, the double-locking effect is achieved, and the problem that a power-assisted bicycle lacks a manual riding anti-theft function is solved.
