The invention provides front auxiliary frame grabbing equipment which comprises a base, a front auxiliary frame grabbing mechanism and a rear auxiliary frame grabbing mechanism. The rotating bracket is arranged on the base and is hinged with the base; the rotating support rotates relative to the base and changes the distance between the rotating support and the front auxiliary frame. The longitudinal beam clamping mechanism is arranged at the end, away from the ground, of the rotating support and used for moving in the first preset direction and clamping different positions of two longitudinal beams of the front auxiliary frame. The cross beam positioning mechanisms are arranged in the radial direction of the first preset direction of the longitudinal beam clamping mechanism and used for abutting against the surfaces of different parts of two cross beams of the front auxiliary frame; the first preset direction is the extension direction of two cross beams of the front auxiliary frame; the rotary support drives the longitudinal beam clamping mechanism and the cross beam positioning mechanisms to rotate and approach the position where the front auxiliary frame to be grabbed is located, the longitudinal beam clamping mechanism and the cross beam clamping mechanisms abut against the surface of the front auxiliary frame, and loading of the front auxiliary frame is completed. The equipment can replace manual carrying or hoisting.

    本发明提供了一种前副车架抓件设备,包括:底座,相对于地面直线运动;旋转支架,设置在所述底座上并与底座铰连接;旋转支架相对于底座旋转并改变与前副车架的距离;纵梁夹持机构,设置在所述旋转支架远离地面的一端,用于沿着第一预设方向运动并夹持前副车架的两纵梁的不同位置;若干横梁定位机构,分别设置在所述纵梁夹持机构的第一预设方向的径向方向,用于抵持前副车架的两横梁的不同部位的表面;第一预设方向为前副车架的两横梁的延伸方向;所述旋转支架带动纵梁夹持机构和若干横梁定位机构向着待抓取的前副车架所在位置旋转逼近,且纵梁夹持机构和若干横梁夹持机构抵持在前副车架表面,完成前副车架的装载。该设备可代替人工搬运或者吊运。
