The invention discloses a control method for avoiding overcharge of a battery of a hybrid electric vehicle in a low-temperature environment, and when the external environment temperature is lower than-20 DEG C and the battery temperature is lower than-20 DEG C, the control method comprises the following control steps; when the discharge power of the battery is greater than 30kw, the engine runs, (1) when the automobile is in an acceleration process, the battery is firstly used for discharging, when the discharge power of the battery is insufficient, the insufficient part is supplemented by power generation of the engine, closed-loop adjustment is performed according to the actual current of the battery, and the power generation power of the engine is adjusted through the closed-loop adjustment; the system overcomes the defects that due to the fact that the outside is in a low-temperature environment and the air inlet density is larger than the normal temperature, the power generation power of an engine controller is large, the redundant part can be charged into a battery, and overcharge occurs, and has the advantages that the power generation power can be calculated in real time through a vehicle control unit according to the power required by a driver, and power is generated to a driving motor to drive wheels to run; and the power output of the vehicle is ensured.

    本发明公布了一种低温环境下避免混合动力汽车电池过充的控制方法,当外界环境温度小于‑20度且电池温度小于‑20度时,它包括如下控制步骤;当电池放电功率大于30kw时,发动机运行,①、当汽车位于加速过程中,首先使用电池放电,电池放电功率不足时,不足的部分使用发动机发电进行补充,并且根据电池的实际电流大小,来进行闭环调节,通过闭环调节来调节发动机的发电功率,它克服了由于外界处于低温环境,进气密度比常温大,导致发动机控制器的发电功率偏大,多余的部分会充到电池中并出现过充问题的缺点,具有通过整车控制器会根据驾驶员需求功率实时计算发电功率,并发电给驱动电机驱动车轮运转,保证车辆能够有动力输出的优点。
