Before the vehicle runs to the traffic jam starting position, the range extender is controlled to generate electricity to obtain the supplementary electric energy needed by the vehicle in the traffic jam road section, the range extender is prevented from being forcibly started on the slow traffic jam road section, and the driving experience feeling is improved.
