The railway vehicle emergency braking circuit comprises two emergency braking circuits which are the same in structure, symmetrically connected and located on a head vehicle and a tail vehicle respectively, each emergency braking circuit comprises a control loop, an execution loop and an emergency braking relay, and the control loop and the execution loop are connected in parallel; the control loop is connected in series with a plurality of brake non-release relays, the execution loop is connected in series with a plurality of brake release relays and electromagnetic valves, and the emergency brake relay is connected in series in the control loop and the execution loop; any brake non-release relay is switched off, and the rail vehicle applies emergency brake which is not released before parking; and any brake release relay is disconnected, and the rail vehicle applies released emergency brake before parking. The method and the device are used for overcoming the defect that whether emergency braking can be relieved or not before parking is difficult to distinguish in the prior art, achieving the purpose that when emergency braking of a railway vehicle is relieved due to non-vehicle faults, the speed does not need to be reduced to zero, and effectively improving the running efficiency of a motor train unit.

    本发明提供一种轨道车辆紧急制动电路及轨道车辆,该电路包括:结构相同、对称连接且分别位于头车和尾车的两个紧急制动电路,每个紧急制动电路包括:控制环路、执行环路和紧急制动继电器,控制环路和执行环路并联,控制环路串联有若干制动不缓解继电器,执行环路串联有若干制动缓解继电器和电磁阀,紧急制动继电器串联在控制环路和执行环路中;任一制动不缓解继电器断开,轨道车辆施加停车前不缓解的紧急制动;任一制动缓解继电器断开,轨道车辆施加停车前缓解的紧急制动。用以解决现有技术中难以区分停车前是否可以缓解的紧急制动的缺陷,实现轨道车辆因非车辆故障引发的紧急制动缓解时无需等到速度降为零,有效提高动车组运行效率。
