According to the system and the control method provided by the invention, the electric vehicle end communication control chip for realizing conversion of different charging communication protocols is directly integrated in the charging seat, so that the system and the method can adapt to alternating current and direct current charging piles with different charging standards in all territories in the world, and the cross-border charging requirement is realized.
