The battery box is installed on the vehicle girder through the bottom support, the second box body and the third box body of the battery box are located on the outer side of the vehicle girder, and the installation height of the vehicle girder coincides with the installation height of the second box body and the installation height of the third box body, so that the vehicle girder does not occupy the installation height independently, and the second box body and the third box body make full use of the height space on the two sides of the vehicle girder; compared with a battery box which is a single box body and of which the bottom is of the same plane structure, the battery box provided by the invention at least saves the height occupied by the installation height of the vehicle girder in the aspect of the installation height, and provides favorable conditions for the compact design of the truck.

    本发明涉及汽车换电设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于电动车辆的换电电池箱组件,包括电池箱和底托,电池箱底面上部为第一箱体,电池箱底面左侧向下延伸形成第二箱体,电池箱底面右侧向下伸形成第三箱体,底托位于第二箱体和第三箱体之间且与电池箱底面接触。本发明通过底托将电池箱安装在车辆大梁上,且电池箱的第二、第三箱体位于车辆大梁外侧,车辆大梁的安装高度重合于第二、第三箱体的安装高度,从而使车辆大梁不单独占据安装高度,且第二、第三箱体充分利用车辆大梁两侧的高度空间,与电池箱为单一箱体且底部为同一平面结构的电池箱相比,本发明在安装高度上,至少节约了车辆大梁的安装高度所占高度,为卡车紧凑性设计提供了有利条件。
