In an axial central portion (P0) of the crown (12), an average radial distance E2 between the filamentous fabric hooping element (220) and the metal wire working reinforcement (260) satisfies E2 < = 0.40 mm. Each filamentous weft element (42) comprises a plurality of fabric monofilaments and/or a plurality of fabric fibers selected from the group consisting of synthetic organic polymer monofilaments and fibers, synthetic inorganic polymer monofilaments and fibers, and combinations of these monofilaments and fibers.
