The invention discloses an online monitoring system and method for the eccentricity of an urban rail train wheel set, and the method comprises the steps: directly arranging a vibration sensor on an axle of the train wheel set, carrying out the real-time monitoring of the operation condition of a train, and drawing an actual operation track of the train wheel set through corresponding data conversion; and drawing the eccentric track of the train wheel set by comparing the actual moving track circle center with the standard moving track circle center. The train wheel eccentricity on-line monitoring method is high in stability and easy to operate, real-time on-line collection of the train wheel eccentricity condition is achieved, the high sampling rate and high synchronism of signals can be achieved, the accuracy and effectiveness of sampling are ensured, wheel set eccentricity changes can be tracked continuously in a long distance, potential faults are eliminated, and guarantee is provided for safe operation of urban rail trains.

    本发明公开了一种城轨列车轮对偏心在线监测系统及方法,其在列车轮对的车轴上直接设置振动传感器对列车运行时的状况进行实时监测,通过相应的数据变换绘制列车轮对实际运行轨迹,通过实际运行轨迹圆心与标准运行轨迹圆心的比较绘制出列车轮对的偏心轨迹。该列车轮偏心在线监测方法稳定性高、易操作,实现了列车轮偏心情况实时在线采集,能实现信号的高采样率和高同步性,确保采样的准确性和实效性,可持续长距离跟踪轮对偏心的变化,排除潜在故障,为城轨列车安全运行提供保障。
