According to the balance structure of the brake valve, the balance structure comprises a pressure relief flow channel and a one-way assembly, an oil passing port communicated with the pressure relief flow channel is formed in the peripheral face of a balance piston, a movable rod penetrating through the balance piston is slidably connected into the balance piston, and one end of the movable rod is located in the pressure relief flow channel; the periphery of the other end of the movable rod or the periphery of the middle section of the movable rod is always sleeved with a sealing ring capable of being in sealing fit with the balance piston in the circumferential direction, the sealing ring is provided with an annular boss protruding towards the position where the other end of the movable rod is located in the axial direction, the annular boss is arranged around the periphery of the movable rod, and the edge of the annular boss is provided with a closing opening with the small inner diameter. The closing opening is in sealing fit with the movable rod in the circumferential direction, and the movable rod can slide towards the one-way assembly relative to the annular boss in the axial direction and eject the one-way assembly. The brake valve has longer service life.
