本发明公开了一种水下混凝土二次浇注的施工方法,本发明通过在泵管的底部安装密封活动装置,锥体顶部固定槽钢和导管底侧固定槽钢卡扣连接形成单向旋转结构,锥体处扎丝活动扣和导管底侧扎丝活动扣通过扎丝连接。在密封活动装置和泵管进入到混凝土液面内且深度符合要求后,利用吊车经过钢丝绳通过锥体外钢丝绳引导槽钢引导钢丝绳将空心钢板锥体受拉,使得其扎丝受力被拉断,其锥体顶部固定槽钢和导管底侧固定槽钢卡扣由于只能单向旋转,在扎丝被拉断后能够单向旋转,使得空心钢板锥体外旋翻转,由于外旋翻转后的结构能够利于从混凝土液面翻出,进而确保混凝土不会出现断桩或夹渣的质量问题。
