The invention discloses a using method of an electromechanical installation system. The using method comprises the following steps that S1, electromechanical equipment is clamped through a clamping and hoisting clamp; s2, hoisting an electromechanical device through a winding mechanism; s3, the horizontal position of the hoisted machine is adjusted through a first servo motor; s4, the electromechanical installation system is moved through supporting legs and moving wheels; when the steel wire rope conveying device is used, a steel wire rope is wound through the winding mechanism, so that the steel wire rope is guided and conveyed under the action of a first pulley and a second pulley, and the position of a first shaft rod is adjusted through a first servo motor, a lead screw and a moving roller; according to the lifting device for the electromechanical equipment, the horizontal position can be effectively adjusted when the electromechanical equipment is lifted through the winding mechanism, the multiple sets of first pulleys are arranged, multi-angle clamping and lifting can be conducted on the electromechanical equipment at the same time, and balance and stability can be kept.

    本发明公开了一种机电安装系统的使用方法,包括有以下方法步骤:S1、通过夹持吊装夹具实现对机电设备进行夹持;S2、通过收卷机构实现对机电进行吊起;S3、通过第一伺服电机实现对吊装的机电进行水平位置调节;S4、通过支撑腿和移动轮实现对机电安装系统进行移动;本发明在使用的时候,通过收卷机构实现对钢丝绳进行收卷,使得钢丝绳在第一滑轮和第二滑轮的作用下实现对钢丝绳进行导向运输,且通过第一伺服电机、丝杆、移动滚轮实现对第一轴杆进行位置调节,使得机电设备在通过收卷机构进行吊装起来的时候,能够有效的实现对水平位置进行调节,设有多组第一滑轮,可以同时对机电设备的多角度进行夹持吊装,能够保持平衡稳定。
