The invention relates to the technical field of electromechanical integrated pipeline installation, and particularly discloses an electromechanical integrated pipeline installation construction method. Comprising the steps that firstly, construction preparation is conducted before the electromechanical pipeline is installed; step 2, using the project BIM group to establish an electromechanical and heating ventilation model system for simulation analysis; thirdly, a vertical power frame is assembled; fourthly, the vertical power frame is moved to the construction position; fifthly, the electromechanical pipeline is fixed to a bearing platform of the vertical power frame; 6, the vertical power frame is started to hoist the electromechanical pipeline; 7, adjusting the position of the electromechanical pipeline; and 8, the electromechanical pipeline is installed, and the bearing platform is operated to descend. The method solves the problem that in the prior art, the installation efficiency of a single electromechanical pipeline is low due to the fact that a shear type elevator is adopted for construction and installation.
