The invention provides a rotary type electromagnetic unlocking mechanism. The rotary type electromagnetic unlocking mechanism comprises a shell, a split nut, a retainer, a rotary disc and an electromagnetic driving assembly. The shell comprises a bottom plate, a shell body and a top end support. The bottom plate and the top end support are fixed to the two ends of the shell respectively to form a hollow structure. The split nut is arranged on the bottom plate; a butt joint mechanism of the to-be-unlocked assembly penetrates through the bottom plate and is fixedly connected with the sectioning nut; the retainer is arranged on the circumferential outer side face of the split nut in a sleeving mode. Through holes are formed in the retainer in the circumferential direction, and balls are arranged in the through holes and used for abutting against the corresponding split body from the circumferential outer side of the split nut. The rotating disc is sleeved on the circumferential outer side surface of the retainer; the rotating disc is provided with grooves corresponding to the balls. The electromagnetic driving assembly comprises a fixed magnet and a rotating magnet; the fixed magnet is fixedly connected with the shell, and the rotary magnet is rotatably connected with the shell; the rotating magnet drives the rotating disc to rotate relative to the holder. According to the electromagnetic unlocking mechanism, the impact force released during unlocking can be reduced, and rapid unlocking is achieved.
