The invention provides a nose landing gear cabin door opening and closing mechanism which comprises a nose landing gear cabin door which is provided with an upwarp front end according to the curved surface characteristics of a front fuselage of an aircraft, so that the nose landing gear cabin door has a positive angle of attack; the rocker arm crank, the crank and the rocker are hinged to the edge of the same side of the nose landing gear cabin door, the other ends of the crank and the rocker are hinged to the fuselage fixing structure, the other end of the rocker arm crank is hinged to the driving device, and the middle of a rocker arm crank connecting rod is hinged to the fuselage fixing structure; and the driving device is arranged on the machine body fixing structure and is hinged to the rocker arm crank. According to the front landing gear cabin door opening and closing mechanism, when the aircraft runs, the front landing gear cabin door is parallel to the airfoil in the open state, additional lift force can be provided for the aircraft during takeoff, the utilization rate of aircraft assemblies is increased in the pneumatic aspect, and the front landing gear cabin door opening and closing mechanism is small in part number, low in cost, light in weight and high in reliability.
