The invention discloses an inland river cargo ship capable of quickly replacing a power source and an energy source, which comprises a ship power source and energy source module arranged on a main deck at the tail part of the ship and comprising a first energy storage unit at least arranged in a group of standard containers; the conversion unit is independently arranged in a group of standard containers or is arranged in a group of standard containers together with the first energy storage unit, and the conversion unit is connected with the first energy storage unit through a transmission pipeline and is used for converting the fuel energy stored by the first energy storage unit into electric energy; one end of the first transmission cable is connected with the conversion unit, the other end of the first transmission cable is connected with a cable socket box through a cable quick-change connector, and the first transmission cable is used for transmitting electric energy into a cabin and transmitting safety monitoring, alarming and control signals; and the propelling device is arranged in a ship cabin, is provided with a driving motor, and can drive the ship to propel and change rudders of the ship. According to the invention, rapid replacement of the ship power source and the energy module is realized, and the flexibility and convenience of ship operation are improved.
