The transcritical CO2 demisting and defrosting system comprises an air conditioner heat pump module and an HVAC module. The air conditioner heat pump module comprises a compressor, a four-way reversing valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, a heat regenerator, an electronic expansion valve and a gas-liquid separator. The HVAC module comprises an indoor heat exchanger, an all-pass throttle valve, a defrosting heat exchanger and an air outlet door; the outdoor heat exchanger is provided with an outdoor axial flow fan; an air inlet of the HVAC module is provided with an indoor air blower, and the air outlet door is arranged at a demisting air outlet of the HVAC module; according to the transcritical CO2-based heat pump air-conditioning system for the vehicle, effective demisting can be realized in a refrigerating mode, a heating mode, a dehumidifying and heating mode and a fresh air mode, and effective defrosting can be realized in the heating mode.
