The invention discloses a suspension control system and a control method thereof, the suspension control system comprises a suspension system, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller, a magneto-rheological damping force limiter, a magneto-rheological damper controller and an inerter coefficient adjusting unit, and an inerter is a variable inerter inerter; the sprung mass acceleration sensor transmits a signal to the fuzzy controller to obtain a target damping force, the target damping force passes through the magnetorheological damping force limiter and then is input to the magnetorheological damper controller, and the magnetorheological damper controller provides an actual damping force for the suspension system; by designing an optimal controller, the unsprung mass acceleration xt '', the displacements xt-xb and xb-xr and the actual damping force are subjected to weighting processing, and the optimal inerter coefficient under the current road surface condition is obtained. According to the system and the method, wheel resonance can be converted into resonance of the inerter, the control method of the system is beneficial for independently controlling the inerter coefficient under different road conditions, combined control can be carried out on the system and the magnetorheological damper, parameters are adjusted in real time, and the optimal comprehensive performance of the all-road-condition system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种悬架控制系统及其控制方法,悬架控制系统包括悬架系统、模糊自适应PID控制器、磁流变阻尼力限制器、磁流变阻尼器控制器和惯容系数调节单元,惯容器为可变惯容惯容器;簧载质量加速度传感器将信号传送给模糊控制器得到目标阻尼力,并将该力通过磁流变阻尼力限制器后输入至磁流变阻尼器控制器,磁流变阻尼器控制器向悬架系统提供实际阻尼力;通过设计最优控制器,对非簧载质量加速度xt”、位移xt‑xb、xb‑xr以及实际阻尼力进行加权处理,得到当前路面情况下最优惯容系数。本系统及方法能将车轮共振转化为惯容器的共振,其控制方法利于不同路况条件下单独控制惯容系数,并能与磁流变阻尼器进行联合控制,实时调节参数,实现全路况系统综合性能最优。
