The invention is applicable to the field of power supply technology improvement, and provides an autonomous energy balance strategy of a networking energy routing unit, which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring SOC (State of Charge) values of multiple paths of batteries and judging whether the EN of the multiple paths of energy routing units is 0 or not, if so, keeping the multiple paths of energy routing units in a power-off state, and if not, keeping the EN of the multiple paths of energy routing units in a power-off state; if EN = 1 exists in the multi-path energy routing unit, executing the next step; and S2, judging the number of EN = 1 in the energy routing units, if the number of EN = 1 in the energy routing units is smaller than or equal to 2, all the energy routing units are shut down, and if the number of EN = 1 in the energy routing units is larger than or equal to 3, all the energy routing units are shut down and turned on. The energy structure and the management strategy are reasonably adjusted, the energy balance degree between subsystems is improved through the energy routing unit, and finally the energy utilization efficiency is further improved.
