The invention discloses an aircraft cable fault diagnosis method and system based on data driving, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting the test data of an aircraft cable, and generating a test data oscillogram through a Savitzky-Golay algorithm; analyzing the test data oscillogram, defining waveform features, and extracting the waveform features by using a second-order difference algorithm; analyzing and comparing the characteristics of the healthy waveform and the fault waveform, and recording the characteristic difference of the fault occurrence position into a Drools rule engine; and inputting test cable data and healthy cable data by using a Drools rule engine technology, and obtaining a fault conclusion by using a fault diagnosis rule so as to complete aircraft cable fault diagnosis. According to the invention, the working efficiency of aircraft cable fault diagnosis is greatly improved, and the repair cycle of the fault line of the aircraft cable is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种基于数据驱动的飞机电缆故障诊断方法及系统,包括以下步骤:采集飞机电缆的测试数据,使用Savitzky‑Golay算法生成测试数据波形图;通过分析测试数据波形图,定义波形特征,利用二阶差分算法提取波形特征;分析并比对健康波形与故障波形的特征,将故障发生位置的特征差异记录到Drools规则引擎中;使用Drools规则引擎技术,输入测试电缆数据和健康电缆数据,利用故障诊断规则,得出故障结论,完成飞机电缆故障诊断。本发明大大提高了飞机电缆故障诊断的工作效率,缩短了飞电缆故障线修理周期。
