The invention provides a vehicle transmission system monitoring device, a vehicle and a vehicle transmission system monitoring method. The vehicle transmission system monitoring device comprises an annular support assembly, the annular support assembly is arranged outside at least part of a transmission shaft assembly in a sleeving mode, a mounting part is arranged on the peripheral face of the annular support assembly, the annular support assembly is connected with at least one of a vehicle body and a vehicle frame through the mounting part, an integrated sensor is arranged in the annular support assembly, and the integrated sensor is connected with the annular support assembly. The integrated sensor is used for detecting state data of the transmission shaft assembly, and the state data at least comprises one of a vibration parameter and a temperature parameter; and the transmission system control unit is connected with the integrated sensor, the transmission system control unit is used for receiving data information collected by the integrated sensor, and the transmission system control unit is in communication connection with at least one of a control unit of the vehicle and a background database of the vehicle. According to the scheme, data are collected in real time through the integrated sensor, and vehicle faults are detected in time.

    本发明提供了一种车辆传动系统监测装置、车辆、车辆传动系统监测方法。车辆传动系统监测装置包括:环形支架总成,环形支架总成套设于至少部分的传动轴总成的外部,环形支架总成的外周面上设置有安装部,环形支架总成通过安装部与车身和车架中的至少一个连接,环形支架总成内设置有集成式传感器,集成式传感器用于检测传动轴总成的状态数据,状态数据至少包括如下之一:振动参数、温度参数;传动系统控制单元,传动系统控制单元与集成式传感器连接,传动系统控制单元用于接收集成式传感器采集的数据信息,传动系统控制单元与车辆的控制单元、车辆的后台数据库中的至少一个通信连接。本方案通过集成式传感器实时采集数据,及时察觉车辆故障。
