The condensing heat exchanger comprises at least two rows of heat exchange core bodies which are arranged front and back, the heat exchange core body in the most front row is used for being arranged windward, and heat exchange channels of any two adjacent rows of heat exchange core bodies are communicated. In every two adjacent rows of heat exchange core bodies, the rear row of heat exchange core bodies are first-pass heat exchange core bodies allowing refrigerants to pass first, and the front row of heat exchange core bodies are second-pass heat exchange core bodies allowing the refrigerants to pass later. When heat dissipation is carried out, a refrigerant with the high temperature firstly dissipates heat in the rear row of heat exchange core bodies, then a refrigerant with the low temperature flows to the front row of heat exchange core bodies to dissipate heat, and then heated air flows through the rear row of heat exchange core bodies with the high temperature, so that the front row of heat exchange core bodies and the rear row of heat exchange core bodies can dissipate heat to a certain degree, heat dissipation is more uniform, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. Therefore, the problem that cooling air in the double-row heat exchanger flows from front to back, and a refrigerant also flows from the front row of heat exchange core bodies to the rear row of heat exchange core bodies, so that heat dissipation of the heat exchange core bodies is not uniform is solved.
