The control module is used for controlling the cooling module to be closed when the temperature of the cooling liquid is lower than a first preset temperature and controlling the heater to be powered on. When the temperature of the cooling liquid is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the control module is also used for controlling the cooling module to start, so that the cooling liquid flows through the cooling module. According to the invention, the heating rate of the engine can be increased when the temperature of the cooling liquid is low, the cooling rate of the engine can be increased when the temperature of the cooling liquid is high, the flowing machine of the cooling liquid can be converted into electric energy, the converted electric energy is stored in the power supply module, and the energy utilization rate is increased.
