The invention discloses a dewatering and drying method in the transfer process of dredged sediment in rivers, lakes and reservoirs, which comprises the following steps: S1, transporting and conveying dredged sediment to a mud storage bin of a mud barge; s2, in the mud barge mud storage bin, in the mud surface elevation rising process, drainage grids are laid in a layered mode; s3, hydraulic filling is stopped when dredged bottom mud is subjected to hydraulic filling to the top of the mud barge, and the top of the mud storage bin is sealed through a sealing film; s4, a vacuum pump is used for exhausting air from the multiple layers of drainage grids, and a temperature controller is used for electrifying and increasing temperature while exhausting air, so that dredged sediment in the cabin is rapidly dehydrated and dried; s5, the dredged bottom mud is moved out of the mud storage bin in a dry digging mode; and S6, repeating the steps S1 to S5, and carrying out the next batch of dredged sediment treatment by using the mud barge. According to the method, dewatering and drying are carried out in the process of transferring the dredged bottom mud to lighters and transporting, the efficiency is effectively improved, meanwhile, the cost is reduced, the construction period is greatly shortened, the construction material cost is reduced, and time consumed in the resource utilization process of the dredged bottom mud is shortened from important links.

    本发明公开了一种江河湖库疏浚底泥转驳过程中的脱水干化方法,包括以下步骤,S1、将疏挖的疏浚底泥运移输送至泥驳船储泥仓中;S2、在泥驳船储泥仓内,在泥面标高上升过程中分层铺设排水格栅;S3、疏浚底泥吹填至泥驳船船顶部时停止吹填,储泥仓顶部通过密封膜进行密封;S4、使用真空泵对多层排水栅格进行抽气,抽气同时使用温器器进行通电增温,使舱内的疏浚底泥快速脱水干化;S5、采用干挖的方式将将疏浚底泥移出储泥仓;S6、重复S1~S5,使用泥驳船进行下一批次的疏浚底泥处理。本发明在疏浚底泥转驳运移过程中进行脱水干化,有效提升效率,同时降低成本,大幅缩短施工工期,降低施工材料成本,从重要环节中缩短疏浚底泥资源化利用流程中的耗时。
