The invention discloses a cubesat separating device, and relates to the technical field of cubesat, the cubesat separating device comprises a box body assembly, a sliding part and an elastic power part, the box body assembly comprises a box body structure with an opening and a door plate, the box body structure is provided with a guide sliding rail, and the guide sliding rail and the box body structure are of an integrated structure; the door plate is arranged at the opening of the box body structure in an openable and closable manner; the sliding part is arranged in the box body assembly and can slide along the guide sliding rail; the elastic power piece provides power for popping of the sliding piece. According to the cubesat separating device, the guide sliding rail and the box body structure are arranged to be of an integrated structure, a large internal envelope can be formed, the cubesat separating device is suitable for a large-size cubesat, the precision of the guide sliding rail can be controlled by controlling the machining precision of the surface of the guide sliding rail, and errors caused by installation are avoided; and the connecting rigidity between the force bearing structures can be improved, and linear connection of the narrow sliding rail side faces is not limited any more.

    本发明公开了一种立方星分离装置,涉及立方星技术领域,立方星分离装置包括箱体组件、滑移件以及弹性动力件,箱体组件包括具有开口的箱体结构以及门板,箱体结构设置有导向滑轨,且导向滑轨与箱体结构为一体式结构;门板可开合的设置于箱体结构的开口处;滑移件设置于箱体组件内并沿导向滑轨可滑动设置;弹性动力件为滑移件的弹出提供动力。本发明提供的立方星分离装置将导向滑轨与箱体结构设置为一体式结构,可形成较大的内部包络,适用于大尺寸的立方星,通过控制导向滑轨表面的加工精度,便可以控制导向滑轨的精度,避免了因安装造成的误差;还可以改善承力结构之间的连接刚度,不再局限于仅仅较窄的滑轨侧面的线性连接。
