The anti-overloading active driving fan-shaped unfolding mechanism comprises a moving hinge seat, a fixed hinge seat, a moving gear, a fixed gear, an I-shaped connecting frame, a motor, a speed reducer, an idle running corner structure, a motor output shaft gear and a motor meshing moving gear. Two ends of the moving hinge seat are respectively connected with the I-shaped connecting frame through moving shafts; the moving gear is sleeved on the moving shaft; the two ends of the fixed hinge seat are connected with the I-shaped connecting frame through input shafts respectively; the fixed gear sleeves the input shaft and is meshed with the moving gear; the motor and the speed reducer are arranged in the I-shaped connecting frame, and the speed reducer is connected with an output shaft of the motor; the motor output shaft gear is connected with the output end of the speed reducer; the motor meshing movement gear sleeves the movement shaft and is meshed with the motor output shaft gear; and the idle running corner structure is arranged at any position from the output end of the speed reducer to a transmission chain of the motion hinge seat. The invention has the advantages of source drive, compact structure, capability of providing overtravel and motor overload prevention.
本发明的防过载的有源驱动扇形展开机构包括运动铰链座、固定铰链座、运动齿轮、固定齿轮、工字连接架、电机、减速器、空程转角结构、电机输出轴齿轮和电机啮合运动齿轮;运动铰链座两端分别通过运动轴与工字连接架连接;运动齿轮套在运动轴上;固定铰链座两端分别通过输入轴与工字连接架连接;固定齿轮套在输入轴上,且与运动齿轮啮合;电机和减速器设置于工字连接架内,减速器与电机的输出轴连接;电机输出轴齿轮与减速器的输出端连接;电机啮合运动齿轮套在运动轴上,且与电机输出轴齿轮啮合;空程转角结构的设置位置在减速器输出端至运动铰链座传动链中的任意位置。本发明具有源驱动、结构紧凑、可提供超行程、防止电机过载功能特点。
