The invention provides a structure with a connector suitable for being installed in a load cylinder and an installation method. The structure comprises a center force bearing cylinder, a top face pressing ring and a bottom plate force bearing ring. Wherein the central bearing cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a bearing cylinder upper end frame and a bearing cylinder lower end frame; the top surface pressing ring is arranged at the top of the upper end frame of the bearing cylinder; and the bottom surface bearing ring is arranged at the bottom of the lower end frame of the bearing cylinder. The double-flange mounting precision control design is adopted, on the basis, the problems of mounting precision control and dismounting and resetting of interface structure design of double-flange mounting in the large-mass load cylinder are solved, the three characteristics that mounting precision is high, dismounting and resetting are easy to achieve, and the bearing capacity is high are achieved, the requirement for mounting in the large-mass load cylinder is met, and the service life of the large-mass load cylinder is prolonged. Meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of novel structural form, light weight and the like, so that the in-orbit operation effect of the satellite is ensured, and the in-orbit operation stability is improved.

    本发明提供了一种具有适用于载荷筒内安装的接口的结构及安装方法,包括中心承力筒、顶面压环和底板承力环;其中,中心承力筒包括筒体、承力筒上端框和承力筒下端框;顶面压环设置在承力筒上端框顶部;底面承力环设置在承力筒下端框底部。本发明采用了双法兰安装精度控制设计,在此基础上,解决了大质量载荷筒内双法兰安装的接口结构设计的安装精度控制和拆装复位难题,具有安装精度高、拆装复位易于实现和承载能力强三种特性,满足了大质量载荷筒内安装的需求,同时具有结构形式新颖、质量较轻等特点,从而保证卫星在轨运行效果、提高在轨运行稳定性。
