The invention discloses a horizontal slipway ship moving trolley arrangement and calculation method. The method comprises the steps that a target ship is divided into a plurality of areas; trolley sets with different supporting loads are formed based on the parameters of the single ship moving trolley, and the top end of each trolley set is provided with a steel support corresponding to the supporting load of the trolley set; checking the bearing capacity utilization rate of each ship moving trolley in each area according to the preliminary arrangement scheme; on the basis that the bearing capacity utilization rate of each ship moving trolley meets the preset requirement, lifting and supporting design is conducted on each steel support so that the stress area of the steel support can be larger than a preset value, and direct contact between the steel support and a ship body is avoided; the structural stress of each jacking position is checked, and the position and/or the number of the ship moving trolleys are/is adjusted according to the checking result to ensure that the ship moving trolleys meet the allowable requirement; the total traction force provided by all the ship moving trolleys and the rolling friction force needing to be overcome are checked, the positions and/or the number of the ship moving trolleys are/is adjusted according to the checking result so that it can be guaranteed that the ship moving requirements can be met, and a final arrangement scheme is generated.

    本发明公开了一种水平船台移船小车布置及计算方法,包括:将目标船划分为多个区域;基于单个移船小车的参数组成具有不同支撑载荷的小车组,在每个小车组的顶端配置与其支撑载荷相对应的钢支架;根据初步布置方案校核每个区域内的每个移船小车的承载能力使用率;基于每个移船小车的承载能力使用率满足预设要求,对每个钢支架进行托举支撑设计以使其受力面积大于预设值并避免其与船体直接接触;对每个顶升处的结构应力进行校核并根据校核结果调整移船小车的位置和/或数量以保证其满足许用要求;对所有的移船小车提供的总牵引力和需要克服的滚动摩檫力进行校核,根据校核结果调整移船小车的位置和/或数量以保证其满足移船要求并生成最终布置方案。
