The information acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information of a ship, the signal processing module determines whether to start or stop the wind energy utilization device according to the basic information of the ship, and when it is determined that the wind energy utilization device is started, the main power module controls the wind energy utilization device to start, so that the ship moves forwards with the help of wind power. And the energy consumption when the ship is driven by electric energy to advance is reduced. The wind energy utilization system can automatically control the wind energy utilization device to be started, and manpower input is reduced.
