The invention discloses a road trafficability determination method, device and system. The method comprises the steps that a display assembly is controlled to display a panoramic image around a vehicle, and the panoramic image comprises obstacles around the vehicle and the distance between the obstacles and the vehicle; based on the obstacle and the distance, controlling a display assembly to display a passable area of the vehicle; determining a predicted driving space of the vehicle based on the vehicle body information and the driving state of the vehicle; and determining a trafficability determination result based on the passable area and the predicted driving space.
