The invention discloses an oil-saving control method for a tractor. The oil-saving control method comprises the steps that an axle load sensor is installed on an intermediate axle; determining an intermediate axle allowable axle load upper limit value corresponding to the axle load sensor according to the whole vehicle transmission system parameters, the intermediate rear axle rated output torque and the intermediate rear axle rated load; after a driver presses the single-drive-to-double-drive switch, an axle load signal of the middle axle is collected through an axle load sensor; comparing the axle load of the intermediate axle with the upper limit value of the allowable axle load of the intermediate axle; and adjusting the working state of the rear drive axle according to the size relationship between the axle load of the middle axle and the allowable axle load upper limit value of the middle axle. According to the oil-saving control method for the tractor, the plate spring suspension tractor can be changed into single drive from double drive, one set of transmission system is omitted, and oil saving of the whole tractor is achieved; only one set of axle load sensor, brake solenoid valve, single-drive-to-double-drive switch and wire harness need to be added, so that the cost is low; reliability of the drive axle is guaranteed, and the problem that service life of the intermediate axle is shortened due to misoperation of customers can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种牵引车节油控制方法,包括:在中桥上安装轴荷传感器;根据整车传动系统参数、中后桥额定输出扭矩和中后桥额定承载,确定轴荷传感器对应的中桥允许轴荷上限值;在驾驶员按下单驱变双驱开关后,通过轴荷传感器采集中桥轴荷信号;比较中桥轴荷与中桥允许轴荷上限值的大小关系;根据中桥轴荷与中桥允许轴荷上限值的大小关系,调整后驱动桥的工作状态。本发明的牵引车节油控制方法,板簧悬架牵引车可实现双驱变单驱,实现减少一套传动系统,实现整车节油;只需增加一套轴荷传感器和制动电磁阀、单驱变双驱开关及线束,成本低;保证驱动桥的可靠性,可避免客户误操作导致中桥使用寿命降低的问题。
