The invention provides an automobile brake system one-way valve and a brake control system comprising the same, the one-way valve comprises a valve block, a one-way valve seat, an elastic part and a valve rod, a multi-section valve block hole is formed in the valve block, and the valve block hole comprises a valve seat mounting hole, a valve rod displacement hole and an elastic part placing hole from top to bottom; the valve rod is sleeved with the elastic component, one end of the elastic component is installed in the elastic component containing hole, and the other end of the elastic component makes contact with the upper portion of the valve rod; the one-way valve seat is installed in the valve seat installation hole, and the valve rod is connected with the one-way valve seat in a sealed mode and extends into the valve rod displacement hole. The one-way valve and the valve block are directly integrated, a one-way valve shell part is omitted, the product cost is reduced, and meanwhile the assembly process is simplified. The sealing face between the valve seat and the valve rod is flexibly sealed through the O-shaped ring, and compared with the traditional rigid sealing effect, the leakage amount in the sealing state is obviously reduced and is about 1% of the traditional rigid sealing effect.
本发明提供了一种汽车制动系统单向阀及包括其的制动控制系统,所述单向阀包括阀块、单向阀阀座、弹性部件和阀杆,阀块内开设有多段式的阀块孔,阀块孔至上而下包括阀座安装孔、阀杆位移孔和弹性件放置孔;弹性部件套设在阀杆上,弹性部件的一端部安装在弹性件放置孔内,另一端部与阀杆的上部接触;单向阀阀座安装在阀座安装孔内,阀杆与单向阀阀座连密封接,并延伸至阀杆位移孔内。本发明直接将单向阀与阀块集成,省去了单向阀壳体部件,降低了产品成本的同时简化了装配工艺。阀座与阀杆间的密封面采用O型圈柔性密封,与传统的刚性密封效果相比其密封状态下泄漏量显著减小,为传统刚性密封的约1%。
