The invention discloses a fuel cell system, an idling air compressor control method and device thereof and a vehicle. The fuel cell system comprises an air compressor, an intercooler, a first stop valve, a fuel cell stack, a second stop valve, a whole vehicle controller and an acceleration sensor. The whole vehicle controller is electrically connected with the acceleration sensor, the first stop valve, the second stop valve and the air compressor and used for controlling the first stop valve and the second stop valve to be stopped and controlling the air compressor to operate at a first rotating speed when the working condition of the vehicle is idling operation. The controller is further used for controlling the air compressor to operate at a second rotating speed when the speed of the vehicle is smaller than the preset speed value, the duration is longer than the preset duration, and the acceleration of the fuel cell stack is smaller than the preset acceleration value; wherein the first rotating speed is greater than the second rotating speed. When the fuel cell system idles, the fuel cell system can operate at the minimum rotating speed lower than that in the related technology under certain conditions, power consumption is reduced, and when the fuel cell system is converted from idling operation to normal operation, quick conversion can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统及其怠速空压机控制方法、装置和车辆,燃料电池系统包括:空压机、中冷器、第一截止阀、燃料电池堆、第二截止阀、整车控制器和加速度传感器;整车控制器分别与加速度传感器、第一截止阀、第二截止阀、空压机电连接,用于当车辆的工况为怠速运行时,控制第一截止阀截止、第二截止阀截止,并控制空压机以第一转速运行;还用于当车辆的车速小于车速预设值,且持续时间大于预设时长,且燃料电池堆的加速度小于加速度预设值时,控制空压机以第二转速运行;其中,第一转速大于第二转速。当燃料电池系统怠速时,满足一定条件下可以以低于相关技术中的最低转速运转,降低了功耗,并且当燃料电池系统由怠速运行转换为正常运行时,可以快速转换。
