The method comprises the steps that whether torque zero-crossing control needs to be executed or not is judged according to the actual torque value and the required torque value of a motor; in response to the fact that torque zero-crossing control is determined to be executed, a tooth-leaning torque value obtained through self-learning is obtained, and a preset torque value is calculated based on the tooth-leaning torque value; the motor is controlled to be transited from the actual torque value to the preset torque value, the motor is controlled to be transited from the preset torque value to the tooth leaning torque value, and the torque average acceleration in the process that the actual torque value is transited to the preset torque value is larger than the torque average acceleration in the process that the preset torque value is transited to the tooth leaning torque value. According to the motor torque control method provided by the invention, the impact degree in the tooth leaning process and the buffer gear meshing process in the torque zero-crossing stage can be accurately calibrated, so that the impact shaking phenomenon of the vehicle is improved or eliminated, and the smoothness and comfort of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本申请提供一种电机扭矩控制方法、装置、设备及车辆,属于车辆技术领域,所述方法包括根据电机的实际扭矩值和需求扭矩值判断是否需要执行扭矩过零控制;响应于确定执行扭矩过零控制,获取自学习得到的靠齿扭矩值,并基于该靠齿扭矩值计算得到预设扭矩值;控制电机由实际扭矩值过渡至预设扭矩值,并控制电机由预设扭矩值过渡至靠齿扭矩值,由实际扭矩值过渡至预设扭矩值过程中的扭矩平均加速度大于由预设扭矩值过渡至靠齿扭矩值过程中的扭矩平均加速度。本申请提供的电机扭矩控制方法,能够精确标定扭矩过零阶段的靠齿过程,缓冲齿轮啮合过程中的冲击程度,从而改善或消除车辆冲击抖动现象,提升整车平顺性和舒适性。
