The scheme comprises a low-voltage storage battery and a DC/DC, wherein the low-voltage storage battery is used for supplying power to part of low-voltage loads through a low-voltage power supply circuit when the DC/DC is not activated; the DC/DC is used for charging the low-voltage storage battery and supplying power to all low-voltage loads after being activated; the low-voltage power supply load comprises a VCU connected with a low-voltage storage battery, the low-voltage storage battery supplies power to the low-voltage power supply load, and when the VCU is in a standby state, the VCU cannot activate the DC/DC; when the VCU is in a working state, the VCU activates the DC/DC. According to the scheme, a low-voltage storage battery and a DC/DC supply power to a low-voltage load respectively under different working conditions, so that the low-voltage storage battery ensures safe operation of a vehicle within a time period as long as possible by utilizing limited electric quantity; based on the low power consumption mode of the VCU, the VCU is directly connected with the low-voltage storage battery, it is ensured that the VCU is switched from the standby state to the working state at any time, the circuit is simple, and control is convenient and fast.
