The invention discloses a halbeck array-based moving-coil composite linear motor active suspension which comprises a rotating device and a damping device which are connected, the interior of a shell of the rotating device is in sliding connection with a rolling frame through a roller, and the inner wall of the rolling frame is sleeved with a guide rail column through a roller; an inner cavity of the guide rail column is in a boss shape and is filled with paraffin, and the part, inserted into the cavity of the guide rail column, of the rolling frame is connected with an electric heating wire. The end cover is arranged at the opening of the shell and is fixedly connected with the shell; an outer magnet yoke of the damping device is arranged on the frame, and a stator penetrates through the outer magnet yoke. The rotor is located in the stator and wraps the coil, one end of the rotor is fixedly connected with the connecting rod, and the other end of the rotor is fixedly connected with the stator through the spring; and circular holes are uniformly distributed on the outer magnet yoke. According to the invention, the advantages of fast response and good damping effect of an active suspension and low energy consumption of a passive suspension are combined.

    本发明公开了一种基于halbech阵列的动圈式复合式直线电机主动悬架,包括连接的旋转装置和减振装置,旋转装置的外壳的内部与滚架通过滚子滑动连接,滚架的内壁与导轨柱通过滚子套接;导轨柱的内部空腔呈凸台形,导轨柱的内部空腔填充石蜡,滚架插入导轨柱空腔内的部分连有电热丝;端盖设置于外壳的开口处,端盖与外壳固定连接;减振装置的外磁轭设置于车架上,定子贯穿外磁轭;动子位于定子的内部,动子上包裹线圈,动子的一端与连杆固定连接,动子的另一端与定子之间通过弹簧固定连接;外磁轭上均布圆孔。本发明结合了主动悬架响应快、减振效果好和被动悬架能耗低的优点。
