The invention discloses an orderly charging and discharging method based on EV charging and discharging price reward and punishment, a storage medium and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: reading EV charging data of a certain region in a past period of time, calculating a charging electricity price average value, and dividing a high electricity price interval and a low electricity price interval according to the value; reading EV historical charging and discharging data accessed to the power grid, and calculating and counting the times in the two intervals; designing a charging and discharging price reward and punishment factor based on two interval charging and discharging times; an adjustable load directrix is determined, an EV real-time charging and discharging price standard is formulated, and an EV charging and discharging price reward and punishment model is established; and designing an ordered charging and discharging strategy for the electric vehicle users by taking the minimum charging cost of the electric vehicle users as a target and taking EV charging and discharging states, scheduling states and charge state updating as constraints. According to the method, the actual active charging and discharging price selection condition of the EV user is fully considered, meanwhile, the reward and punishment mechanism realizes different price rewards and punishment for different users, and the users are reasonably guided to participate in power peak load shifting.
本发明的一种基于EV充放电价奖惩的有序充放电方法、存储介质及设备,包括读取某地区过去一段时间内的EV充电数据,计算得到充电电价平均值,根据此值划分高、低电价区间;读取接入电网的EV历史充放电数据,计算并统计在两种区间下的次数;设计基于两种区间充放次数的充放电价奖惩因子;确立可调节负荷准线并制定EV实时充放电价标准,建立EV充放电价奖惩模型;以电动汽车用户充电费用最少为目标,以EV充放电状态、调度状态、荷电状态更新为约束,设计电动汽车用户有序充放电策略。本发明充分考虑了EV用户实际的主动充放电价选择情况,同时奖惩机制针对不同用户实现不同的价格奖惩,合理的引导用户参与电力削峰填谷。
