The invention provides a fuel cell high-voltage power-on and power-off process control system and method. The system comprises a fuel cell high-voltage bus voltage detection device which comprises a fuel cell bus voltage detection device and a fuel cell bus capacitor voltage detection device; the high-voltage bus fusing device comprises a fuel cell main loop fuse; the fuel cell high-voltage pre-charging device comprises a pre-charging contactor, a high-voltage pre-charging resistor, a fuel cell high-voltage main positive contactor and a fuel cell high-voltage main negative contactor. According to the invention, the active discharge strategy when the system is shut down is executed by judging the magnitude of the voltage at the voltage of the fuel cell, the magnitude of the discharge current can be accurately controlled, the discharge timeliness of the fuel cell is improved, and the whole life cycle of the fuel cell is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种燃料电池高压上下电流程控制系统及方法。系统包括:燃料电池高压母线电压检测装置,包括燃料电池母线电压检测装置以及燃料电池母线电容电压检测装置;高压母线熔断装置,包括燃料电池主回路熔断器;燃料电池高压预充装置,包括预充接触器、高压预充电阻、燃料电池高压主正接触器以及燃料电池高压主负接触器。本发明通过判断燃料电池端电压大小来执行系统停机时的主动放电策略,可以精确控制放电电流大小,提高了燃料电池放电的时效性,提高了燃料电池的全寿命周期。
