The invention discloses a propelling device using centrifugal force as power. The propelling device comprises a driving device, two rotating disc mechanisms capable of rotating forwards and backwards, two gears fixed to a base and used for driving two sets of gears on the rotating disc mechanisms respectively, a connecting rod and a guide rail mechanism to offset the centrifugal force. And the two objects which do centrifugal motion are respectively positioned on a group of guide rail sliding blocks of the two turntables. When the rotating disc rotates, the radiuses and speeds of the two objects making centrifugal motion are changed, the centrifugal force guided forwards becomes large, the centrifugal force guided backwards becomes small, and the centrifugal force difference is generated to push the objects to move forwards.
