The invention discloses a multi-directional forklift lateral running wrap angle adjusting method which comprises the steps that a power wheel which is arranged on a chassis and has driving and braking functions is arranged, a driven wheel is arranged on the side, close to the rear end, of the chassis, and the power wheel and the driven wheel are both in transmission connection with a steering device at the corresponding position on the chassis; and the two groups of power wheels rotate to form a wrap angle so as to keep the lateral straight running of the forklift. According to the invention, two groups of power wheels are initially provided with an outer wrap angle, and are automatically guided to the left side to slightly turn during starting, so that the rightward deflection trend of the whole forklift caused by power offset is counteracted, and the forklift is kept to run linearly during lateral starting; and during braking, the current running speed and the braking signal strength of the two power wheels are automatically calculated through a program, an inner wrap angle is output, the deflection trend of the whole forklift caused by braking offset is offset, and the straight running performance of the forklift in a side running mode is improved.

    本发明公开了一种多向叉车侧行包角调节方法,包括设置在底盘上、并具有具有驱动和制动功能的动力轮,所述底盘靠近后端的一侧上设置有从动轮,所述动力轮和从动轮均与底盘上对应位置的转向装置传动连接,在所述侧行模式下,两组所述动力轮转动,形成包角,以保持叉车侧向直线行驶。本发明通过将两组动力轮初始设置一个外包角,起步时自动向左侧导向微微转弯,抵消由于动力偏置带来的整车向右偏转趋势,使得叉车在侧行起步时保持直线行驶;在制动时,将两个动力轮通过程序自动计算当前运行速度、制动信号强弱输出一个内包角,抵消由于制动偏置带来的整车偏转趋势,提高叉车在侧行模式下直线行驶的性能。
