The invention relates to a self-balancing hoisting installation device, in particular to an installation device for assisting in achieving butt joint with a vertical fin installation connector. A self-balancing lifting installation device comprises a bottom layer, an adjusting layer and a lifting device. The bottom layer serves as a movable base of the lifting installation device, and the lifting installation device is moved to a working area under the action of external force. The adjusting layer is mounted on the bottom layer; the hoisting device is mounted on the adjusting layer and is used for hoisting the mounting part; the position of the lifting device is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the adjusting layer and the bottom layer. The invention has the following advantages: 1, the device can be moved and transported in a plant; 2, the device is fixed after being moved to a working position; 3, the lengthening rod in the lifting device is convenient to store; fine adjustment of translation in the heading direction is achieved; 5, rotation within the range of 360 degrees is achieved; 6, the problem of movement in the docking work is prevented; 7, the butt joint process is more stable; and 8, the balance force can be automatically adjusted.

    本发明涉及一种自平衡起吊安装装置,尤其是一种辅助实现与垂尾安装接头对接的安装装置。一种自平衡起吊安装装置,包括底层、调节层和起吊装置;底层作为所述起吊安装装置的移动底座,在外力作用下将该装置移动到工作区域;调节层安装在底层上;起吊装置安装在调节层上,用于起吊安装部件;通过调整调节层与底层的相对位置,进而调整起吊装置的位置。本发明具有如下优点:1、实现了装置在厂房内移动和运输;2、实现了装置移到工作位置后固定;3、方便收纳起吊装置中的增长杆;4、实现了在航向方向平移的微调;5、实现了在360°范围内进行旋转;6、防止在对接工作中出现移动的问题;7、对接过程中更加平稳;8、能实现自动调节平衡力。
