The invention relates to the technical field of train aerodynamic effect control in a high-speed railway tunnel, in particular to a method and system for regulating and controlling air pressure in a compartment when a high-speed train passes through the tunnel. The method for regulating and controlling the air pressure in the compartment when the high-speed train passes through the tunnel comprises the steps that the time t when the train is about to enter the tunnel is obtained from a high-speed train control system; the t is compared with the t0; when the t is larger than the t0, the compartment ventilation system is controlled to be kept in a normal mode; when t is smaller than or equal to t0, the compartment ventilation system is controlled to be switched to be in a depressurization mode until the train drives into the tunnel, and the compartment ventilation system is controlled to be switched to be in a normal mode; t0 is the predicted duration of the compartment ventilation system running in the pressure reduction mode, and the pressure reduction mode is a working mode that the compartment ventilation system continuously exhausts air outwards and the air pressure in the compartment is reduced at the speed which can be accepted by human ears.
