The invention relates to a torque protection method, device and equipment for vehicle parking gear parking monitoring and a medium. The method comprises the steps that a target gear and the actual position of a parking gear lock are analyzed and arbitrated through a gear control unit, and an arbitrated target gear request is sent to a whole vehicle controller and a vehicle driving motor controller; a vehicle control unit is controlled to receive the arbitrated target gear sent by the gear control unit, target torque is calculated by combining the positions of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal, and a target torque request is sent to a vehicle driving motor controller; a vehicle driving motor controller is controlled to receive a target torque request of the whole vehicle controller, and the actual torque of the motor is controlled to be the request torque according to the target torque request; and the vehicle driving motor controller receives the target gear request arbitrated by the gear control unit, and after the target gear is shifted from the non-parking gear to the parking gear and exceeds a first duration, the torque is protected, and the corresponding state is sent to the whole vehicle controller.

    本申请涉及一种车辆驻车档驻车监测的扭矩保护方法、装置、设备和介质。所述方法包括:利用档位控制单元解析目标档位以及驻车档锁实际位置并进行仲裁,将仲裁后的目标档位请求发送给整车控制器与车辆驱动电机控制器;控制整车控制器接收档位控制单元发送的仲裁后的目标档位,结合油门踏板、制动踏板的位置计算目标扭矩,并将目标扭矩请求发送给车辆驱动电机控制器;控制车辆驱动电机控制器接收整车控制器的目标扭矩请求,按照目标扭矩请求控制电机实际扭矩到请求扭矩;车辆驱动电机控制器接收档位控制单元仲裁后的目标档位请求,在目标档位从非驻车档到驻车档且超过第一时长后,对扭矩执行保护动作,并把相应的状态发送给整车控制器。
