The invention relates to an electric automobile mileage increasing structure and a using method thereof.The electric automobile mileage increasing structure comprises a brake disc, a wheel cavity groove piece and a friction ring, a wheel groove is formed in the wheel cavity groove piece, a brake driving through hole and a rotating wheel driving through hole are formed in the groove wall of the wheel cavity groove piece, and a rotating wheel driving box is fixedly installed in the rotating wheel driving through hole; a wheel pressing column is slidably inserted into the box wall of the rotating wheel driving box, one end of the wheel pressing column extends into the rotating wheel driving box and is fixedly provided with a power generation driving plug, the power generation driving plug is plugged into the rotating wheel driving box, and the other end of the wheel pressing column extends to the outer side of the rotating wheel driving box and is fixedly provided with a bearing seat; a power generation wheel shaft is rotationally installed on the bearing seat through a bearing, and a power generation wheel is fixedly arranged on the power generation wheel shaft in a sleeving mode. The power generation device is driven by the structure in the braking process to recover lost energy so as to increase the endurance mileage of the electric automobile, waste is reduced, and the endurance performance of the electric automobile is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车增加里程的结构及其使用方法,包括刹车盘、轮腔槽件和摩擦环,所述轮腔槽件的上设有轮槽,所述轮腔槽件的槽壁上设有刹车驱动通孔和转轮驱动通孔,所述转轮驱动通孔内固定安装有转轮驱动盒,所述转轮驱动盒的盒壁上滑动插设有轮压柱,所述轮压柱的一端延伸到所述转轮驱动盒内并固定安装有发电驱动塞,所述发电驱动塞塞设到所述转轮驱动盒内,所述轮压柱的另一端延伸到所述转轮驱动盒外侧并固定安装有轴承座,所述轴承座通过轴承转动安装有发电轮轴,所述发电轮轴上套设固定有发电轮。通过制动过程中的结构驱动发电装置回收损耗能量来增加电动汽车的续航里程,减少了浪费,提高了电动汽车的续航性能。
