The invention provides a temperature control device and high-power charging station cooling equipment, and the temperature control device comprises a compressor which can compress a refrigerant; the condenser is connected with an exhaust port of the compressor and is used for dissipating heat of the refrigerant; the first expansion valve is connected with the condenser so as to receive the refrigerant from the condenser, and the opening degree of the first expansion valve can be adjusted; the heat exchanger is connected with the first expansion valve and an air return port of the compressor, a first channel and a second channel are formed in the heat exchanger, the first channel is used for transferring a refrigerant, the second channel is used for receiving cooling liquid from the to-be-cooled equipment and discharging the cooling liquid to the to-be-cooled equipment, and the heat exchanger is made of a heat conduction material; the temperature of the first channel can be transmitted to the second channel; and the controller is connected with the first expansion valve so as to control the opening degree of the first expansion valve. According to the temperature control device, the influence of the environment temperature on cooling of the cooling liquid can be reduced, and the temperature control efficiency is high.
