The invention provides an assembling method of a driving shaft and a hub bearing, a driving system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: the driving shaft is moved towards the hub bearing along the axial direction, and at least one of the driving shaft and the hub bearing is driven to rotate around the central axis of the driving shaft and the hub bearing, so that a spline on the driving shaft is gradually meshed with a spline on the hub bearing; in the meshing process of the spline on the driving shaft and the spline on the hub bearing, a detection tool is used for detecting the assembling distance value, the assembling distance value is the distance between the shaft rod end face of the driving shaft and the bolt flange face of the hub bearing, and the detection tool is used for sending out a preset signal when it is detected that the assembling distance value is equal to a theoretical distance value. The theoretical distance value is obtained by measuring the hub bearing and the driving shaft in a standard meshing state; and after the checking fixture sends out a preset signal, locking the driving shaft and the hub bearing at the current position by using a locking tool. The problem that in the prior art, the assembling efficiency of the hub bearing and the driving shaft is low is effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种驱动轴和轮毂轴承的装配方法、驱动系统及车辆,方法包括:将驱动轴沿轴向向轮毂轴承移动,并驱动驱动轴、轮毂轴承中的至少一个绕自身中心轴线旋转,以使驱动轴上的花键与轮毂轴承上的花键逐渐啮合;在驱动轴上的花键与轮毂轴承上的花键的啮合过程中,利用检具对装配距离值进行检测,装配距离值为驱动轴的轴杆端面与轮毂轴承的螺栓法兰面之间的距离,检具用于在检测到装配距离值等于理论距离值时发出预设信号,理论距离值由对处于标准啮合状态下的轮毂轴承和驱动轴进行测量得到;在检具发出预设信号后,使用锁止工装将驱动轴和轮毂轴承锁止于当前位置。本申请有效地解决了现有技术中的轮毂轴承与驱动轴装配效率低的问题。
