According to the main technical scheme, after a battery management system is started, whether a charging start instruction sent by a vehicle control unit is received within a specified time period or not is detected, and/or after battery charging is completed, whether a charging end instruction sent by the vehicle control unit is received within the specified time period or not is detected; if the charging start instruction is received, detecting the adhesion condition of a fast-charging negative high-voltage contactor in a fast-charging high-voltage contactor when high voltage is applied on the basis of the closing state and the voltage condition of the fast-charging high-voltage contactor in a preset direct-current fast-charging controller; and if a charging ending instruction is received, detecting the adhesion condition of the fast-charging negative high-voltage contactor during high voltage lowering based on the closed state and the voltage condition of the fast-charging high-voltage contactor.
