The invention discloses a high-precision scissor-type lifting platform and a control method thereof, and the lifting process of the lifting platform comprises the following steps: S1, setting a corresponding relation between a pulse signal sent by a PLC and the rotation frequency of a stepping motor, and setting an initial height, a set height and a displacement speed through a touch screen; s2, the PLC sends out pulses according to the setting of the touch screen to control a stepping motor to be started, the stepping motor changes the included angle of the shear fork assembly through synchronous transmission of a synchronous belt, and the lifting platform starts to ascend and descend; and S3, in the lifting process of the lifting platform, a height measuring instrument on the lifting platform scans a height analog signal and transmits the signal to a PLC, and the PLC adjusts the frequency and the number of emitted pulses according to the received height analog signal so as to adjust the speed of the stepping motor until the lifting platform reaches the set height. The stepping motor is used for driving, the synchronous belt is used for transmission, the defects of a hydraulic system can be overcome, and the positioning accuracy of the lifting platform is improved.
本发明公开了一种高精度剪叉式升降平台及其控制方法,升降平台的升降过程包括以下步骤:S1:设置好PLC发出的脉冲信号与步进电机转动频率的对应关系,并通过触摸屏设置初始高度、设定高度以及位移速度;S2:PLC根据触摸屏的设置发出脉冲控制步进电机启动,步进电机通过同步带的同步传动来改变剪叉组件的夹角,使升降平台开始升降;S3:升降平台升降过程中,升降平台上的高度测量仪扫描高度模拟信号,并将信号传递给PLC,PLC根据接收的高度模拟信号,调整发出脉冲的频率与个数,进以调节步进电机的速度,直至升降平台达到设定高度。本发明运用步进电机驱动,同步带传动,能克服液压系统的不足之处,提升升降平台定位的精确度。
