A material outlet of the conveying system is connected to a material inlet of the storage device; the lifting device comprises a horizontal moving mechanism and at least one lifting mechanism, the horizontal moving mechanism is used for driving the lifting mechanism to move along a horizontal annular path, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving materials to vertically move; and a material inlet of the conveying system and a material temporary storage station are located on the lower side of the annular path. According to the sand storing and conveying equipment, the number of the lifting mechanisms in the lifting device can be increased or decreased according to needs, when the number of the lifting mechanisms is increased to two or more according to needs, all the lifting mechanisms can be driven by the horizontal moving mechanism to move along the same annular path and alternately feed materials to the conveying system, the efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced. The conveying systems do not interfere with each other, the number of the conveying systems does not need to be increased, and the cost increased by the mode for improving the efficiency is low.
本发明涉及砂料存储技术领域,提供一种储砂输砂设备,包括储存装置、输送系统、起重装置;输送系统的物料出口连接至储存装置的物料入口;起重装置包括水平移动机构和至少一个升降机构,水平移动机构用于驱动升降机构沿水平的环形路径移动,升降机构用于驱动物料竖向移动;输送系统的物料入口以及物料的暂存工位位于环形路径的下侧。本发明提供的储砂输砂设备可以根据需要增减起重装置中升降机构的数量,当根据需要将升降机构增加至两个以上时,各升降机构可在水平移动机构的驱动下沿同一环形路径移动,交替向输送系统送料,提高效率,且相互之间不会产生干涉,也不需要增加输送系统的数量,此种提高效率的方式所增加的成本较低。
