The invention relates to a method for hoisting and overturning a steel pipe pile by a single hook of a full-rotation floating crane ship, which comprises the following steps of: S1, hoisting a first sling by using a hoisting anchor hook, connecting the first sling with a steel pipe pile lifting lug by using a clamping ring, and hoisting the steel pipe pile from a pile transporting barge to a middle empty part of the full-rotation floating crane ship; s2, when the steel pipe pile is away from the deck surface, a first binding rope and a second binding rope are connected through a clamping ring and then hung on a hanging bracket; s3, the hoisting anchor hook is put down, the pile head end of the steel pipe pile is placed on the deck, the first sling is unfastened, and the second sling is hung on the hoisting anchor hook after being connected with a lifting lug on the pile head of the steel pipe pile; s4, the hoisting anchor hook is moved upwards, and the steel pipe pile slowly rotates around the hoisting center of the binding cable under the traction of the second sling until the steel pipe pile is in a vertical state; and S5, the hoisting anchor hook continues to hoist upwards by a certain height, the binding rope is taken down, and the steel pipe pile is subjected to the next step of work. The water depth can be effectively utilized, and the purpose of lifting and overturning a long pile is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种全回转起重船单钩起吊翻转钢管桩的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、用吊重锚钩吊挂第一吊索,将第一吊索用卡环连接钢管桩吊耳,将钢管桩从运桩驳船上吊到全回转浮吊船中间空敞部位;S2、在钢管桩距离甲板面上时,用第一捆绑索及第二捆绑索通过卡环连接后吊挂在吊架上;S3、放落吊重锚钩,钢管桩的桩头端搁置在甲板上,解开第一吊索,将第二吊索与钢管桩桩头上的吊耳连接后挂在起重锚钩上;S4、将起重锚钩上移,钢管桩在第二吊索的牵引下,钢管桩绕着捆绑索吊重中心慢慢旋转直至钢管桩处于垂直状态;S5、起重锚钩继续向上起吊一定高度,将捆绑索取下,钢管桩进行下一步工作。本发明可有效利用水深,达到起吊翻转较长桩的目的。
